Information you give us

Access to information

You have the right to access the information we hold about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. We will usually process your request free of charge and within 30 days, however we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee and to extend the period of time by a further two months if the request is manifestly unfounded or vexatious and/or is very complex. In order to protect your privacy and security, we will request specific information from you to confirm your identity before releasing information to you. Notifying us of changes

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

Objecting to, restricting and removal of information

The Act gives you the right to object and restrict the information that we hold about you. In certain circumstances and subject to any legal obligation and our terms of use, we will deal with your request to remove information that we hold about you free of charge and within 30 days. Retention

We will only retain your information for as long as you access our website, and for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes that we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal requirements and our terms of use. If you have not accessed the website for over a year we may delete your information.
